A bad fire happened in the Malviya Nagar area of Delhi. This fire killed 21 people, including 18 people from countries. The fire was one of the worst to happen in Delhi in a time. The people who died were from countries like Bangladesh, Afghanistan and some African nations. They were living in the building when the fire started.

The fire began late at night in a building where many people lived. It caught a lot of people off guard. People who saw what happened said it was very scary. Smoke filled the building quickly and trapped people inside. Some people tried to get out through windows and stairs. Their neighbors called for help.

The firefighters from Delhi came to the scene quickly. They brought fire trucks and worked all night to put out the fire and get people to safety. It was very hard for them because the fire was so bad and there were many people in the building.

Far we know that 21 people died and many more were hurt. They were taken to hospitals near the building. Doctors said that many people died from breathing in much smoke and some were badly burned.

The police found out that 18 of the people who died were from countries. These people were from places like Bangladesh, Afghanistan and some African countries. They were in Delhi for work, school, medical treatment or business. The authorities are trying to figure out who all the victims are and tell their countries what happened.

Important people from Delhi went to the site. Said they were sorry to the families of the people who died. They also said they would give money to help the families who were affected. They promised to find out how the fire started.

It seems like the fire might have started because of problems with the electricity or because the building was not safe.. The authorities are still trying to find out for sure. Experts are looking at the building to see if there were any problems with fire safety.

This tragedy is a reminder that we need to be careful about fire safety in cities. Experts say that many buildings are too crowded do not have emergency exits have bad electrical systems and do not have the right equipment to fight fires.

People who live in Malviya Nagar were very sad and shocked by what happened. They gathered near the site of the fire to show they care. Some organizations and volunteers are helping the people who survived and the families who were affected.

The authorities are going to do something about this. They will punish anyone who was negligent or did not follow safety rules. This fire shows us that we need to make sure buildings are safe from fires. We need to be prepared. Follow the rules to prevent something, like this from happening again.
